CERTIFIED MEDIATOR

Courts require that parties in family law cases attempt to reach a resolution through mediation before trying their case in Court.  While you and the opposing party may reach an agreement at any time while the case is pending, a large percentage of cases are settled as a result of the mediation process.  The key to a successful mediation is the preparation done by you and your attorney in anticipation of the mediation.

We will explain what to expect, how to negotiate with the opposing party, and make sure that we have the documentation that will be needed during this process.

 Once we are at mediation we will advocate for you as we negotiate the pertinent issues particular to your case.  If we reach a partial or total agreement we will turn that agreement into the necessary Orders for execution by the Court.
