Attorneys Kirk E. Andrews and Hilary Williams Burgin are partners in the law firm and are mother and daughter. Both Kirk and Hilary graduated from the Maryville City school system and the University of Tennessee's College of Law. They care deeply about their community, their families and their clients.
Kirk and Hilary view the attorney-client relationship as a team effort with both attorney and client effectively communicating and proactively addressing case issues. Kirk E. Andrews
Kirk E. Andrews is a former Blount County assistant District Attorney, who for eight years prosecuted criminal cases in Sessions and Circuit Court. As a prosecutor she worked closely with victims and law enforcement. She is an experienced trial attorney and a family law mediator helping parties settle their cases without having to go to trial.
Hilary W. Burgin
Hilary Williams Burgin grew up in Blount County along with her brother and sister, Amanda Williams, who is her legal assistant at the firm. Hilary has worked with Knox and Blount county law firms gaining experience in all areas of litigation.
